Barneys x Hourglass Cosmetics, 2024

A design and build collaboration with Simon Doonan and Julie Gilhart celebrating the 20th anniversary of Hourglass cosmetics. The brand was first launched by Barneys NY in 2004. The intimate pop-up space featured over 40 designers, custom folded steel racks, decoupaged tables, and casework, and a guilded Porta Potty dressing room with humorous nods to "The Wizard of Oz". Custom artwork by Ruben Toledo and Ella Emhoff. Lighting and video packages by Smooth Technology. Custom poodle display by Aaron Sciandra. Daily styling and visual merchandising by Leslie Tynik. Interior decorating of carpets, wall coverings, and drapery by Corn Studios.
